Some designs have only one code in this library. The actual fitting required and performed, supported by documentation, determines the applicable code. Custom fitting requires more than minimal self-adjustment and appropriate expertise; credentials or vendor identity alone do not establish it. A crosswalk does not mean that either code can be freely selected for the same service.
