ARCLYFT™ DME/O&P MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Make Sure Payers See the Full Picture of What You Provide.
Help payers understand the services, locations and specialty capabilities that public records may not capture. Your Smart Form is the private questionnaire used to review and enhance your organization’s ARCLYFT profile. Information you provide is recorded as your organization’s dated statements and kept distinct from independent research.
ARCLYFT has assembled market intelligence spanning more than 1,000 DME/O&P provider locations across California.
Vendor profile enhancement is offered at no charge.
Request Your Smart FormMore than a location on a map.
Service capabilities. Patient access. Local expertise.
What public records show — and what they cannot
What payers cannot see, they cannot fully consider.
Public records can establish identity, reported locations and broad categories. Your organization can clarify the services available at each location, where you serve patients and the resources behind those services.
Left: what reliable public sources typically establish. Right: what your Smart Form records as your organization’s dated statement.
What You Can Clarify in Your Profile
Four kinds of information a directory, an accreditation category or a plan listing rarely captures.
Services & specialties
What you actually provide. Help us understand which services and specialties are meaningful parts of your organization: which of our 17 DME/O&P service categories you offer, the ones you are best known for, and specialty programs such as complex pediatric care, cranial remolding, compression and lymphedema care, post-mastectomy care and diabetic footwear.
Services by location
Which services are actually available where. Whether every service is offered at every location—and where it is not. Which locations are full-time, part-time or by appointment only, and which are mobile stops or sit inside a hospital or other facility.
Clinical & specialty capacity
The people and resources behind the services. Credentialed prosthetists and orthotists practising with you today. Complex pediatric capability, and whether pediatrics is your primary focus. In-house fabrication and technical staff. For specialty programs, the fitters, therapists and certified staff who deliver them.
Service-level capabilities
How you support patients and customers. Hospital service and same-day on-site delivery, and the hospitals you regularly serve. After-hours coverage. Care delivered in the home, and the areas you serve beyond your clinic addresses. Drop-shipping to patients. These are standardized operating capabilities you confirm—not performance measurements.
You also confirm the basics the public record already holds—your legal name and DBAs, NPIs, ownership, current locations, clinicians on file and plan-directory listings—so your ARCLYFT profile reflects current information.
Two organizations, same public profile
Two O&P practices each show three locations, current accreditation and similar enrollment categories. In a directory or a regulatory source, they look alike. Public records may not show that one concentrates complex pediatric care and in-house fabrication at a specialty location, while the other provides broader home service, hospital support and after-hours coverage across its footprint.
Neither organization is inherently better. They are simply not the same. Which capabilities matter depends on the population and the network need—and those differences may not be visible in a directory.
How the Smart Form works
Request and confirm
Request your Smart Form, a profile copy or more information using the inquiry form below. We confirm that the request comes from someone authorized to speak for your organization and follow up about availability. When a Smart Form is available, we send a personal link.
Review and add context
Review the information already available for your organization, correct outdated details and add the service and location context public sources may miss. Prefilled information varies by organization and service category, and the questions adapt to relevant answers.
Put your information on the record
Your responses are recorded as your organization’s dated statements alongside independent research. Participation does not guarantee inclusion, referral, recommendation or preferred status. You may request a vendor-only copy of your organization’s profile, where available, for internal use.
Where your profile information comes from
ARCLYFT prepares each profile from public sources, including:
Federal provider and supplier records—the NPI Registry and Medicare supplier enrollment and directory data.
California public records—Medi-Cal provider enrollment and Secretary of State business filings.
Accreditation and certification directories—ABC, BOC, The Joint Commission and other CMS-approved accrediting organizations, where their public directories permit lookups.
Published health-plan and medical-group provider directories.
Your organization’s own website and published materials.
Public business listings such as Google and Yelp, used only to corroborate that a location exists and is operating—never as a measure of clinical quality.
Not every source is available for every organization. A directory listing is recorded as a listing, not as a contract or a confirmed service. Your answers are recorded as your organization’s dated statements, shown alongside—never in place of—the public record.
Why ARCLYFT
We’ve been on your side of the table.
Our founder, Spencer Doty, MBA, CPO, led Active Life as President and served as Vice President of Payer Relations at SuperCare Health. Together, those roles brought extensive experience working with payers across both O&P and DME.
We understand the gap between a contract on paper and the work it takes to serve patients.
ARCLYFT prepares DME/O&P market intelligence for California health plans, medical groups and the organizations responsible for managing DME/O&P on their behalf.

Did you know?
Many nearby locations can hide real differences in capabilities. Few nearby locations can hide services delivered by vendors based elsewhere.
of the provider locations recorded in our research are in three counties—Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego: 467 locations associated with 284 organizations.
In concentrated markets, help payers understand the services, specialties and capabilities that distinguish your organization.
California counties—home to about 390,000 people—have no DME/O&P provider location or organization record in our research.
No location recorded is not proof that no provider serves the area.
Serve patients beyond your clinics? Confirm where you serve them so your reach is represented.
O&P practice locations in Los Angeles County recorded in our research have prosthetic care documented in public records for that site. The 104 locations are associated with 49 organizations.
No documentation is not proof that a service is unavailable.
Operate more than one location? Confirm which services are available at each site.

A clinic address is not the same as service coverage
Hypothetical example
Hypothetical example
This illustration uses one hypothetical vendor—not a real organization or real coverage. Public records show where a clinic is. They rarely show which services are available there, or how far from the clinic a vendor actually serves patients. That is why a county with few recorded locations may still be served from elsewhere, and why many nearby locations do not, by themselves, show that a particular service is available.
- Green: the vendor confirms the service is available in this area.
- Red: the vendor confirms it is not available here. Other providers may still serve the area.
- Gray: not yet confirmed for this vendor and service. Not a quality rating and not a finding of absence.
- A, B, C: the vendor's three clinic addresses (hypothetical).

Sources and method
All figures on this page are ARCLYFT analysis of public records, not official government statistics. Research is current to 29 October 2026.
Counting unit. A provider location is one organization at one building, recorded in our research. Organizations sharing a building are counted separately; duplicate records of the same organization at the same building are counted once. Not every record establishes a currently operating, patient-facing clinic.
Recorded and mapped. 1,037 provider locations associated with 515 organizations have a usable location record. 980 have an address precise enough to map; the rest are counted in county figures but not drawn. Dots sit at ZIP-code centers or directory coordinates, slightly offset for legibility.
Research corpus. Our research also includes organizations without a retained street address, so the maps show a subset of it.
Counties. County figures come from the records’ county, not from map positions. A county with no record has no provider location and no organization in our research listing it. Retail pharmacies and eye-care suppliers are outside this research.
Prosthetic documentation. O&P practice locations are those of organizations we classify as O&P practices or large O&P operators (cranial-only and pedorthic practices excluded). Documented means a site-specific public clinical record for prosthetic care at that location.
Public sources. Medicare supplier directory (captured October 2026); Medicare DMEPOS by supplier and service (2024 data); NPI Registry; state licensing and accreditation directories; vendor websites; California Department of Finance population projections (2026); U.S. Census Bureau county boundaries.
